If I have extreme behavior across my skin, i.e. very oily t-zones and dry across the cheeks, what is the best way to use this Hydra Smooth Essence?

The Hydra Smooth Essence is formulated to be in a lightweight lotion texture that is light enough for oily zones yet provides adequate moisturization for drier areas. If your skin behaves in extremities, you can dispense half the amount of Hydra Smooth Essence, add water-based serum to dilute and apply on oil-prone areas, then dispense half the amount and blend with 1 drop of oil-based serum to cater to very extreme skin behaviors.

How do I choose a moisturizer that is best suited for my skin?

Choose primarily based on your skin type behavior - namely the oil-to-water ratio of your skin - by choosing formulas that complement your natural condition. For example, if you have oil-prone skin, choose a moisturizer higher in water-based ingredients and lesser in oil-based ingredients to comfortably restore hydrated skin.

If you have dry skin (usually associated with lack of sebum), select a formula with a good amount of emollients to strengthen your barrier protection to prevent moisture loss.
