1. Validity Periods

Points Validity: Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Membership Tenure: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date you upgrade or downgrade your current membership level.

Voucher Validity: Redeemed vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of redemption.

 

 

2. Earning Points

Membership points are calculated based on the net purchase amount. Shipping fees, discounted amounts, and coupons/vouchers are excluded from point calculation.

Bottle Recycling Rewards: Points can only be earned by recycling full-size, authentic  Skin Need product bottles, glass bottles, or refill packs. Travel sizes, sample sizes, and sachet packs may be returned for recycling but are not eligible for earning points.

 

 

3. Redemption Policy

Members must have at least one transaction record within the past 12 months to be eligible for point redemption rewards.

Points used for redemption cannot be reinstated. All redeemed gifts are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.

 

 

4. Birthday Privileges

Birthday Gifts & Shopping Offers: Valid for redemption and use during the birthday month only. Gifts and offers cannot be reserved, carried over, or extended. Unused benefits will be forfeited after the birthday month.

 

 

5. General Terms

Skin Need reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, Skin Need reserves the right of final decision.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
