How do I join the Skin Need membership program?
Joining is easy! Create your Skin Need account to automatically enroll in our loyalty program. Once registered, you'll start earning points on every purchase and unlock exclusive member benefits.
How do I earn points on my purchases?
Earn 1 point for every HKD 1 spent on Skin Need products purchased at our physical stores or online store. Points accumulate with each purchase and help you reach higher membership tiers with exclusive rewards.
Please note: wholesale purchases, purchases at other stockists, and gift card purchases do not earn points.
How long are my points valid?
Your points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
What can I redeem my points for?
Once you redeem your points for an exclusive voucher ($50, $100, or $200), the voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of redemption.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another person. However, you can use your points to purchase gift products for friends and family, making it a thoughtful way to share the Skin Need experience with loved ones.
