Terms and Conditions for Treatment Services
1. Prior to each treatment session, therapists reserve the right to request identification for registration and identity verification.
2. Customer confirms that he/she does not have any implanted pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices.
3. Customer confirms that she is not pregnant or breastfeeding.
4. If the customer has any special needs or health issues (including but not limited to: pregnancy, implanted pacemakers, metal implants/stents, etc.), the customer should seek medical advice before purchasing treatment and/or products and assumes all risks. The company will not be responsible for any complications arising from the customer’s health conditions.
5. Some treatments may cause minor or systemic damage to the skin. During the treatment, the skin may experience redness, swelling, or tingling.
6. Although rare, there is a risk of burns, scarring, or blisters, which may lead to permanent scars in severe cases.
7. If any unusual discomfort occurs, customer shall seek medical assistance promptly. All medical procedures carry certain risks.
8. Customer understands the risks and potential side effects of the treatment during and after the procedure.
9. Customer understands that treatment results vary by individual, and final outcomes cannot be predicted. Effects may take 3 to 6 months to manifest after treatment.
10. Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment once. Any changes must be notified via WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or absence from the appointment will result in the session being deducted, with no refund or reimbursement of the deposit.
11. If clients arrive 15 minutes late or more, the session will be considered used.
12. As beauty treatments require sufficient time, late arrivals will result in proportionally reduced service duration and completion quality.
13. Payments for treatment services are non-transferable, non-shareable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The company reserves the right of final decision regarding all transactions.
14. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
15. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all treatments are completed within the validity period. Expired treatments will not be rescheduled or refunded, and their monetary value will automatically be forfeited without further notice.
16. Clients acknowledge that responses to treatments and products vary among individuals. The company does not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with results.
17. Clients must properly use all company equipment and facilities. The company is not liable for accidents or damages resulting from improper use or personal negligence.
18. All treatments must be completed at Skin Need Times Square branch, located in Shop B245 Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
19. Skin Need (the company) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company retains the final decision.
